Buku "ANNYEONG HASEYO CIKGU!"

Ok guys, lama blog ni bersawang & story mory pengalaman saya di Korea pun lama tergendala kan (walaupun actually ada 2 lagi post terbengkalai dalam draft.. aduh).. so I am really sorry. Almaklumlah sejak zaman kubit @ Covid-19 ni tambah-tambah lagi dengan PdPR and bla bla bla.. seriously rasa macam jauh lagi busy banding sekolah zaman normal @ prakubit.. so ampun beribu-ribu ampun ye guys (ada lagi ke yang baca blog ni? lol).

Honestly sekarang saya lagi fokus dengan channel youtube saya. Kalo nak tengok video saya cover lagu Korea ke, bertukang deko-deko kat rumah ke, buat unboxing & product review ke tak pun nak join kelas PJ, PSV atau BI saya pun boleh, jemputlah bertandang ke channel saya DISINI (haruslah promote muahaha!!!)

Anyway, the good news is... this book is finally out!!! Seriously its been so long, abam pun lupa bila abam tulis buku ni.. eh I mean, menyumbangkan penulisan abam untuk buku ni. HAHAHAHA! Rasa dah lama gila terperap around 1 @ 2 years kot dah jadi old kimchi memang sedap gila kalo buat kimchi jjigae. HAHAHAHA lagi!!! so I proudly present to you guys our book, ANNYEONG HASEYO CIKGU!

KOMTEP 2018 – Seoul Technical High School Malaysia Day

Sekolah keempat yang kami serbu ni diorang punya Malaysia Day cun-cun sehari selepas kejadian di Ojeon so kiranya minggu tu 3 hari berturut abam ber-Malaysia Day bersama-sama siblings KOMTEP 2018 terchenta je la kerja XD. Sebab tu gak la tuan rumah di Seoul Technical High School (STHS) iaitu Abam Komtep Farid & Abam Google Ibrahim tak dapat join masa hari kedua di Ojeon sebab terpaksa balik awal untuk menyelesaikan segala persiapan sebelum hari kejadian (alasan je sebenarnya kan. Okbai)

KOMTEP 2018 – Ojeon Elementary School Malaysia Booth

Sekolah ketiga yang team kami serang untuk memeriahkan Malaysia Day di sekolah mereka ialah sekolah noona goyangan kami, Sis Tracy Diane & pasangannya Miss Michelle. Oh ya sis Tracy masa di Korea suka bahasakan diri sebagai macik @ sis so abam panggil dia sis la supaya lebih proper kononnya. Gitew XD

KOMTEP 2018 - Hongcheon Middle School Malaysia Day

Haritu dah cerita pasal kitorang buka Malaysia Booth kat sekolah kitorang masa Multicultural Day kan. So kali ni abam sambung cerita Malaysia Day kat sekolah kawan2 abam plak yang abam dapat join menyemak sekali. Hahahaha. KOMTEP 2018 – Classroom Instructions

Acaner nak ajar budak-budak Korea? BI diorang ok ke? FYI, di Korea even kelas Bahasa Inggeris mereka pun dijalankan dalam Bahasa Korea, unless kelas bersama cikgu native speaker (tu pun normally ada cikgu Korea akan assist). So the best way is to learn the basic classroom instructions in Korean.

KOMTEP 2018 – After School Class – Malaysia-Korea Ecobag

Continue from last post, untuk ecobag plak, 1^stday budak-budak ni pilih motif tradisional Malaysia @ Korea yang mereka berkenan dihati & terus proceed dengan proses tracing motif tu atas ecobag pakai carbon paper.

KOMTEP 2018 – After school Class – Kelarai Hanbok

Kalau di Malaysia kita ada Ko-kurikulum, di Korea mereka ada after school class. After school class ni dijalankan setiap hari bermula jam 2.30pm sehingga 4.30pm. Tapi kelas ni tak dijalankan oleh homeroom teacher ye.

KOMTEP 2018 – Project Plan

I shouldve posted this earlier, but better late than never right. LOL. Buat yang nak apply KOMTEP tu bila baca permohonan mesti benda ni la yang akan jadi persoalan pertama. Projek plan tu amende? Basically its our personal project that we want to carry out / conduct once we got there in Korea. It doesn’t necessarily have to be based on your major / option, instead u can plan something based on  your own specialties. 

KOMTEP 2018 – Sayang Kinabalu Class – Part 2

F.Y.I, I only did this Part 2 of Sayang Kinabalu class for Grade 6 since this is actually a dance class! Im serious! LOL! I taught them Sumazau dance during this class. Clearly it is not that easy to teach kids to dance just in 40 mins, but it is actually doable, in my case Grade 6 it is and since Sumazau itself is actually pretty easy to learn anyway XD

KOMTEP 2018 – Sayang Kinabalu Class - Part 1

As we also act as Malaysia little ambassador, I decided to do a class to promote our tourism aspect as well. My initial plan was to go for Malaysia’s tourist attractions (even made the slides), but after considering some aspects and their interest in Kota Kinabalu (seems to be quiet famous among Koreans), so I decided to focus on Sabah tourism spot instead. I even got some request from some homeroom teacher (words somehow spread that I am from “Kota Kinabalu” ; they are not familiar with “Sabah” btw) to do this class during my period with them.

Actually I got the idea of making this class from our sunbaenim (Mr. Nik) & Wau Bulan song seems to be quiet popular in some schools abroad as well (Japan & such).  So here’s how I did it :

This is actually a part of my Project Plan. Initial plan was to do the weaving of kelarai, but since their class period is only 40 mins each, I decided to do the kelarai by coloring instead, much easier & faster.

Ramai yang dok tertanya-tanya, kat Korea ajar apa weh? Ha, part ni sebenarnya susah sikit nak jawab sebab disana lain sekolah lain syllabus. Ye, syllabus, buku teks semua adalah pilihan sekolah masing-masing. So senang cerita diorang tak pakai konsep pendidikan seragam macam kita. Anyway diorang tiada peperiksaan so sebab tu lah benda ni sangat possible dibuat disana.

honestly, if u are planning on buying a new 1, do not buy them here in Malaysia. Why? Because u can find so much more cheaper winter clothing with more variation in Korea. Unless if you already have 1, then thats a totally different story..

As Ive told u guys before, I shopped a lil bit way too much while in Korea. I know it is not good but I helplessly could be a shopaholic at times (somewhat seasonal) but shopping in Korea leaves me with no regrets, like seriously. LOL

KOMTEP 2018 - Souvenirs For Korean Students and Teachers

I am really sorry I forgot to mention about to spare some space in your luggage for your souvenirs for the Koreans. No it is not compulsory but it would be a very nice gesture as a token of appreciation and also for a memory for them to keep.

KOMTEP 2018 - HOW TO PACK & WHAT TO PACK?

since lately I kept getting questions like ; nak bawa apa eh? ko bawa apa last year? tak lebih muatan ka? so I'm goin to share a little about packing tips for KOMTEP. So post lelain berkaitan sekolah, kelas & such abam KIV dulu k..

anyway last year I was assigned to take care of logistics since I was quite an avid backpacker (somewhat). So here are some of the tips that I have shared with my fellow beloved KOMTEP 2018 siblings + some new one

Buat pengetahuan semua, untuk program KOMTEP ni kita pi sana bukan sekadar mengajar dalam kelas ye, kita secara langsung turut menjadi duta kecil Malaysia. Antara tujuan utama program ni ialah perkongsian budaya, so kita memang kena standby dengan segala pengetahuan tentang budaya Malaysia supaya mudah kita nak perkenalkan dan promote kepada mereka disana.
